$215 - Big Agnes Fly Creek UL1 - Used while hiking the Florida Trail. Very clean. Has one small hole in bug net from a squrillel break in. I repaired with tenachious tape. You can send back to BA to repair or you can leave the same or repair yourself. Rain fly is new. Zipper was stuck on the original and I was afraid if I forced it would tear. BA just sent me a new one while I was on the trail. No leaks, great tent! Guylines included. Tent stakes not included. II threw away the useless ones that came with it.)
