TARPTENT NOTCH - 30 Nights Old, Great Shape, $200

Hey, I bought a Tarptent Notch (http://www.tarptent.com/notch.html) in Vermont and used it for my last ~30 days on the trail. It's totally seam-sealed and in great shape. No tears, rips, stains, odors, etc. The only issue is that of the four tent stakes, three are in fully functional condition and one is broken in half. The stakes can be easily replaced and for minimal cost, so don't sweat the trivial.

It goes for $275 new and even more to seam-seal it. I'm asking $200.
