$115 Sierra Designs Ministry 40 L
Best winter/alpine pack ever! Only selling all this stuff because I need the money and have way too much and this deserves to live with someone who gets out more! Super durable fabric with absurdly thick PU waterproof coating inside. If you are sick of packs that last one season and cost 3x as much for a few ounces lighter, this pack is for you. It is still pretty light.

FULLY FEATURED. Burly ski haul straps, wand/picket pockets, crampon pouch, 3 point reinforced haul loops, snow shedding back panel, rope strap on top and two on sides, gear loops on hip belt, fleece goggle pocket, bivy pad - and yes that's a bottle opener on the shoulder strap. Can be WAY stripped down! - hip belt, frame, lid all removable. Zipper pulls and buckles designed to work with gloves or mittens. You can add shock cord to the top to carry layers, helmet, crampons, etc. (this is a highly underrated feature imo). Climbs well, hikes well. I've used it in Cody, on Rainier, skiing, etc. Size M/L. 

Only minor issue is a bit of wear on the lower ice tool strap (no big deal), where I replaced the plastic buckles with aluminum ones (which, I'd like to note, match the pack and other hardware!)

$45 Patagonia retro pack with laptop sleeve. Great for school or travel, and you can carry an ice axe to school for self-arrest! One side of the waistbelt buckles is kind of broken. Easy fix, as it isn't sewn in. Or just cut the waistbelt off!

$50 Patagonia laptop bag. Good size, like  new. Get a cool national park patch to cover up the cache valley electric label, or parade as an electrician!

$45 GoLite Pack. Oh, your pack is light? This one is lighter! And as big or small as you need it to be. A couple small holes where patches are. Nylon dyneema grid ripstop fabric. Added emergency whistle sternum strap. This is such a sweet pack. Seams reinforced with seam grip. One big outside zipper pocket and a foam pad sleeve/bladder sleeve in the back. Comes with foam pad. I will regret selling this. Maybe I'll keep it...

$60 Chrome messenger bag. Laptop sleeve. Side zip access. Mostly metal buckles. Haulbag material. Like new, except I cut out the weird liner they had in it, so it is just haulbag material inside and out.

Carries massive loads with comfort and ease. Made in Bozeman Montana. Very similar to some of their current models. Well loved but completely bomber, mix of VX diamond grid xpac on sides and cordura on back. Top pocket has two pouches and detaches to become a daypack with shoulder straps. Great wand/picket pockets. Cavernous and burly. Fully adjustable shoulder harness (note the lower load lifters that you can switch to).
