Both have only been set up in my yard, decided to stick with my hammock. They were not made by me but seem to be well made. Tarp still needs to be seam sealed. Details:

1. Minimalist bug bivy made from 40D coated nylon. Has stake loops in each corner and two tie outs on top. Bivy, sack and guylines come in around 9 ounces. Measures approximately 82″ long by 24″ wide. $50 shipped
2. Patrol style shelter made from 20D nylon. As mentioned it needs to be seam sealed. Well made and comes with guylines. Has a loop underneath the tarp in the back so you can attach your bivy’s back guyline to it. Comes in at around 10 ounces. Wasn’t sure how to best measure it laying flat since of its cut so I took the following measurements when it was setup. It is a generous tarp for  one person.

      1. Front of tarp to top of trekking pole – 22″
      2. Back to tarp to top of trekking pole – 90″
      3. Back width – 33″
      4. Side pull out to top of trekking pole 53″
      5. Back height – 23″
