Im looking to buy 3 items:

(1) Down hooded jacket - Med (39" chest) - looking to pay ~$100-200 for something decently warm. A bit heavier is fine >10oz

(2) Down 0 Deg Bag - Looking to pay $100-200

(3) Rain Pants - Med (32"x32") - side zips or vents looking to pay <$40 for something decent
