Custom Handcrafted Tiny Home Van Build

I'm selling a 2017 Ram Promaster 1500 High Roof Campervan. The van is currently located in San Diego, California. I have spent the last 18 months living in the van and traveling around North America with my girlfriend. This van has taken us from San Diego up to Western Canada, down to the Florida Keys, up the east coast as far as Boston and then all the way down to Mexico with no mechanical issues whatsoever! I am the original owner and have done all routine maintenance at Certified Crystler Dodge Jeep & Ram Dealerships. I have all of the documentations to prove this. The tires were purchased and installed about 13,000 miles ago and have over 80% tread left. They are BFG KO2 All Terrains with a lifetime warranty with Discount Tire which is interchangeable between owners. 

Is This Van Right For You?

This van is ideal for a couple or a single person to occupy full time. It is 18feet long which makes it east to park and has the ability to drive on any National Park road. It sleeps two people comfortably and I sleep side to side in the van at 6ft tall. It is equipped with a 2 burner stove, 12V refrigerator, 16 gallons of fresh water from a full kitchen sink, a tablet entertainment center mount which is great for watching tv in the van, bookshelf, ample cabinet space, a pop up kitchen table for two people, a swivel seat. My Van Building Experience

All of the renovations were done by myself. I was a mechanical engineer for the US Military. I have had extensive exposure to mechanical and electrical engineering. My father was a carpenter and taught me most of my carpentry skills as I was growing up. All electrical work was inspected and certified by a Licensed Electrician. I have always taken pride in meticulous work, and stand behind the build I have put forth.
