I’m in Joshua Tree with a friend, he’s climbed with me for about a month, always barefoot (Utah sandstone), but the granite isn’t as kind to the skin, so if you’re in the area and have any shoes you’re willing to part ways with for cheap (or free) that are size 11 or 12, PM me! We’re not looking for anything fancy or even remotely new, just something to cover the feet. I can also offer a pair of size 9 moccasyms in used but good condition as a trade.
