I got this at a REI garage sale a little over a year ago, I've used it 15 nights in that time. I always used it with a footprint, which is included if you want it (doesn’t have the buckles for fly only, but you can make it work by looping the ends of the webbing around the pole tips). It's in good condition with no holes (aside from pole sack), although it's a bit dirty with some sap stains and discoloration (see pictures). Doesn't include stakes, everyone has their preferences anyways (if you need some though we might be able to work something out).
