Good pre-owned condition with some small flaws. Jacket has been cleaned and is ready to wear. The drawcord casing at the hem on both fleece sides is slightly peeling away from the backing. The peeling is only about 2.5" long on each side. Easy fix that can be fixed with either some seam tape, gear tape, or maybe even Arc'teryx's warranty repair process (only if you'd be willing to go without the jacket for a few months). Small hole near the bottom along the zipper flap that was caused when the zipper got snagged on it. It has been patched with Gear Aid Tenacious Tape. Non of the flaws can be seen when the jacket is worn and zipped up. No tears or rips on the outer from what I can see.

Would be a good beater mid-layer.
