This is the pre-2018 version, with zippered fly and the ability to attach an apex guyline.  It is seam sealed and includes original stuff sack and 4 Easton stakes in a (non-original) stake bag.

I’m mostly a hammock camper, but used my Notch for my annual 1 week trip out west for the past few years.  The tent is in great condition with no major flaws that I could detect.
