I used a polycro groundsheet and always carried 10 lightweight stakes with me. I weighed it out at 27 oz with the stakes and the groundsheet. I'd recommend something different than polycro for the groundsheet. It is very light but bulky and the wind tore part of mine when I was trying to hold it down setting up with some rocks. Otherwise, I'd also include that.

I purchased the tent two years ago but have only slept in it 15-20 nights. I recently used it on a short bike touring trip and decided I'm going back to the hammock. Love the design. I just like to hang.

I am extremely careful with my gear. I always used a ground sheet. No cosmetic wear minus two yellowish pollen stains - one on the front of the door and the other on the bottom of the side wall. You would have to be looking to notice them. Absolutely no structural damage (seams, holes, weakened material, etc.).

My price is set. You're getting a practically new tent for 2/3 the cost.
