Had this tent for just under a year and have only put about 5 nights on it. Tent is in fantastic shape and includes all original parts and bags (Poles, stakes, guylines, body, fly). DOES NOT INCLUDE FOOTPRINT. There's one small hole (about the size of a pea) in the vertical wall of the bathtub floor, just below the front entry. This happened on the last night I had it out and I haven't patched it, but it's fixable with a little gear tape.
