Here is a fine little lightweight  belt blade from local bladesmith Josh Clarke.This is his Bird and Trout model. The fit and finish on this knife is superb.

It is 8″ overall length with a 3.75″ slim drop point blade that is thinly flat ground ground from .100″ thick 1095 stock.  Heat treat at 59 RC.
Sharp as h*ll and holds the edge nicely over time yet easy to sharpen.

The scales are dark mult- colored black walnut burl with brass pins. They are finished with tung oil and spar varnish finish..

It is finished off with one of his elegant Shop made hand stiched bridle leather.pouch sheaths.

The package weighs 3.9 ounces complete.
