My bike's fork broke and now I've got to wait to cross Canada for another year. Snow's coming!

For a change, I'm headed for the American Southwest and I need a system for rain and creepy-crawlies that I can also use up in Colorado, Oregon, and Washington for mild snow in November when I get up there. I am looking for a tarp that covers in all directions, and a bug bivy.
