I'm making a rain poncho, and I have zero desire to spend all sorts of time engineering a fancy hood. Chopping one off of a jacket and sewing it in sounds much more convenient.

It has to have a brim, cinch, and an angle adjustment. Size M or L preferred. Straight waterproof is fine. Not sure how much I trust used wpb material...
