This is my old REI synthetic mummy bag, used but no rips, tears, etc.; 6' size, right zip. It was probably rated at 30 degrees F when it was new, but I'd guess it's not as warm now. I know it didn't quite keep me warm in Nepal in the snow at 14,000 feet when I used it there years back! It's always been stored in non-smoking home, unstuffed, and has been washed since it was last used a few years back. Weighs approx 3 lbs 2 oz., so probably best used for 3-season car camping now.
