Picked this up a couple months ago from a guy who didn't ever really use it. Bought it to check out as an option for winter camping but think I am going a different route (free standing or hammock).

He did not seam seal it, so I took the liberty of doing so (half silicone, half mineral spirits mix). Its not necessarily 100% super professional looking but it should do its job and looked clean enough for me. With that said I have actually never used this tent out myself.

Just trying to recoup what I have into it. $255 via PayPal takes it, shipping included. USA only please, do not want to deal with shipping international. If you are local to the Boston area and feel like picking up / cash I will drop what I would pay as far as fees and shipping.
