Would want to trade it for the Sierra Designs High Route 1 FL or Six Moons' SKYSCAPE TREKKER and I will consider some other 1p double walled tent that weighs less than 3 lbs ideally semi non-freestanding or nonfreestanding.

I used it once on a 1 night backpacking trip. It's in great condition! I'm selling/trading it because it's actually huge and I am going to likely be in a tent by myself on backpacking trips and want something more compact. Note that it did not come with a footprint or stakes. I highly recommend getting a footprint for this as the floor material is fairly thin. It retails for $400. I bought it off massdrop for $300 + shipping costs. I had no problem with a solo setup and there was no condensation buildup or wear and tear I noticed while I used it for that trip.

Note that it is somewhat dirty from use but it's purely a cosmetic dirty from dust.
