Cooked with this several times but have decided I really don't need such a large kettle. Accidentally let the flame get too hot once and it left burn marks.

About 25 miles on these shoes. Bought them in the winter but I ended up wearing boots for winter and spring backpacking in the high sierra. I was convinced to wear the Altra Lone Peak 3.5 for my JMT instead, and loved them so much that I'll stick with Altra. Shoes have been hand washed and dried.

About 40 miles on these boots. I really like these boots, wore them in very snowy and wet conditions during the winter and spring and never had cold feet. My only problem, and it's not the boots fault, is I just can't figure out my sizing. I started with a Size 11, wore those on a few trips and decided they were too cramped. Sold those. Bought these boots at Size 11.5, wore them on a couple trips and still decided they're too small. Feet swell after miles of hiking, who'da thought? I'll be buying a Size 12 now.. I'm hopeful that's the ideal size. Boots have been hand washed and dried.
