Hi, folks:  I have an MSR Hubba tent, purchased in ~ 2014, that’s seen very little use.  However, the rainfly has sufffered, as I’ve read some of the MSR tents tend to, from a breakdown (? I guess) of the waterproofing coating.  It has become gummy and sticky, as is the tent pole bag.  The inner tent itself and poles are in perfect operating order; I’ve only use this tent a few times.  MSR tells me a newer version of the rainfly can be purchased for $120.  Or if you want a lightweight tent without a rainfly, this IS a nice solo tent; I’ve appreciated the long footprint of it and it is freestanding.
