Excellent condition 2p tent. Comes with Big Agnes specific ground sheet. This is really a great freestanding tent, I just rarely use it anymore. It sets up amazingly quickly and has LED light woven into the roof. Has seen a few trips but is almost completely like new. The only two "issues" are replacement tent stakes (I've included 4 MSR groundhog minis) and the elastic cord within the poles is not as stretchy as it once was. Unlike some other 2p tents, it has handled 2 campers at a time with little space issue.
With everything included I weighed the tent at 4 lbs 8 oz. Without the MtnGlo adapter 4lbs 6oz
