I bought this tent 8 months ago... It is in "Like New" condition... Seam sealed per Henrys directions... Added stripes to the floor so my pad would not slide around... Includes everything that came with the tent, stuff sack/Easton stakes/instructions... I also added guy-out lines so it can be set up as a net tent only... $200 shipped CONUS... PayPal only...
