Just received it a few weeks ago but the capacity is a bit more than I really need. Other than that, it's an amazing canister. It's so light I can spin it around on my fingers like a basketball. Without thinking too hard about it or crushing my food, I was able to get eight day's worth into the can @ over 2500 kcal per day.
