I have the lid for a 30L Cilogear worksac (old style) for sale. Great condition. Absolutely no tears, the buckles are in great working order, it comes with all of the straps. If you looked really hard, you might be able to find a dirt stain here or there and maybe a little chalk residue inside, but you would have to be pretty meticulous about it. $15 shipped. I'm in Portland if you want to save $5 and pick it up.
