Used for three overnight trips, but I never got used to having my head and pillow off one end and my legs off the other! No damage at all to the mat. I have never inflated it by mouth, not even to top it off, and only ever used the Thermarest Pumpsack to inflate.

Actual weight is 206g. Comes with storage sack, repair patches, and information sheet. I no longer have the box but if you like I can post it within the box my Women's version came in!
