Not sure the exact size of these as it only states medium. Pranas sizing chart says this is numeric size of 32-33. As for the inseam, I believe it's the regular length, 32 inches according to my tape measure.

What i do know is they are too large for me and it would be to expensive to tailor to fit. For reference i usually wear a 30x31in most pants.
