Purchased new two weeks ago on a final sale.  Tent was set-up in my side-yard on artificial grass and was returned back to its stuff-sack following. Stakes were used and show cosmetic scratches.  This is the Scout tent model w/o the extended fly which is the Scout Plus. Footprint is still in original packaging.

This tent is UNBELIEVABLY spacious and will definitely fit two (2) grown men on 25”x72” pads; palacial for a solo hiker. Extremely light at 2lbs (tent, stakes, guy lines, and stuff sacks), footprint adds 6oz.

Selling because of the size – I’m looking for a smaller footprint with less guy-outs.  I would consider a trade towards a like new/ excellent condition SMD Skyscape X or Zpacks Duplex or Altaplex.  Will send pics upon PM request; thanks for looking!
