2. DIY Rayway Style Quilt: Made this 3 yrs ago..has seen only a few overnite uses. Made from 5oz climashield apex, Momentum90 Royal Blue & Grey 1.1oz uncoated nylon liner. Has 'Gorget' & 6" draftstopper,quilting yarns for stability, sewn footbox. Has a Single layer of 5oz and a second 'Torso Pad' layer 5oz at the top extends down 30" over chest. This adds warmth w/o so much bulk. Specs: Overall length 76", width Head End(insulated) 48" overall width 59.5" w/draftstopper, Footbox 34", Weight 1# 14oz. Max user length 5'10", I've used quilt down to 35deg w/silk wt top&bottom comfortably. Quality Construction-Gutermann thread..I've made gear for 7+yrs now. This quilt would be fine for ground sleepers or hammocks.
