I have a ULA Circuit Medium with XL Hipbelt plus the ULA Silnylon pack cover.  For size reference, I am 5’10” tall and 220lbs.  There is adjustment both ways in and out in the hip belt.

I used it 22 nights on the trail.  There are no rips or tears.  It is in great shape other than trail dust.  I’d like $165 which is $100 less than a new one with pack cover would cost.
