The condition is excellent to like new.  There are no stains, tears, holes, rips, or pilling of the shell fabric.

This is Patagonia's "mullet" active insulation piece (protection up front, breathability in the back). Great for trail running, rock climbing, etc. and the waffle knit back is great at releasing heat for when you're wearing a pack.
