WTB - Colder weather mountaineering boots. US ~9.5
I am going to be picky here...
Looking for a stiff mountaineering boot with a toe bail.
Along the lines of Scarpa Inverno or La Sportiva Spantic
Good for longer winter treks, mixed climbing, and alpine ice.
I am open to suggestion but have a budget, depending on what boot it is. I would pay higher for Spantics than Invernos for instance, duh...
