I just laundered all the clothing items (except the R1) with Nikwax Tech Wash. If you get a shell item I would recommend treating with Nikwax or Revivex treatment to refresh the DWR. For size reference on the clothing items I'm 6'1" and 180#. 

Arcteryx Theta Gore tex Pro Hardshell Jacket Mens M - (sale pending) 85$. Excellent condition. I've had for several years but well cared for. No cuts, tears etc. as far as I can tell. I generally wear a large in most brands but when trying this on the Medium fit better. Runs larger than other brands I believe.

Cloudveil Synthetic Puffy Mens L - 65$. Good condition. No rips or tears, not stored compressed. Still pretty lofty. Kind of like a belay jacket, slightly less warm than a Patagonia DAS. Much much warmer/heavier and longer/more roomy fit than something like a micropuff.

Patagonia 3L Goretex Pants Mens L - (sale pending) 55$. These are the Patrol Uniform Pants available only through National Ski Patrol. Great pants. This is kind of a feeler - don't mind if they don't sell. They were starting to get some nicks and scrapes so I applied a bunch of goretex patches - see pics. Actual tears are much smaller than patches. Still a good pair of pants for someone on a budget.

Mammut Synthetic Booties 25$ - Good condition. They don't have reinforced bottoms. I've work to extend my sleeping bag rating (warm feet!) and as a liner for ski boot/climbing boot shells while my liners are drying out around camp.

Patagonia R1 Hoody 25$ - (sale pending) older model - several years old but excellent condition. I've got another one and don't need 2.
