The golite peak was a 35 liter version of the Jam. My other pack is similar in size and the peak hasn't been used in a while.
It has a burn hole in the front pocket from a stray campfire spark.

The hip belt pocket on this was very uncomfortable. I ditched it and lost the hip belt. I ended up taking a random buckle and strap, threading it through the hip belt ring with an overhand knot, and using that. With the weights I carried this worked out fine. Or you could go without a hip belt all together.
The pack is comfortable with less than 20 lbs.
Doesn't include the foam back pad but you want to stick your sleeping pad in there anyways.

Other than a few pin holes in the side pockets, the pack is in good shape for it's age. The fabric is known for being pretty bombproof.

This would make a good overnight or weekend pack for a new backpacker.
