Title. I am about to go canyoneering in Zion National Park for a week and would like to just get a harness/ATC that is my own as opposed to borrowing/renting. Anyone have any lying around that work well for canyoneering/climbing as well?

Sizing for harness has me a bit unsure - I'm 5 foot 9, 160lbs but have a smaller waist (28-30 depending).

I climb at a gym and have also been looking at shoes - willing to get a used pair, size 10, if anyone has any of them around as well.
