FS: Hammock Underquilt
For sale is one ENO Ember 2 underquilt.
Yeah, yeah... I know, these things do not have the greatest reputation.
All I can say is, I bought this three years ago when I was new to hammock camping and it served me well down to about 55 degrees. (If it was colder than that, I REALLY didn't want to be out there.)
Yup, it's a little heavy = 2 pounds. Yup, it's a little thin. Yup, it was a little expensive. But it kept me warm most nights.
I bought it off of Amazon and paid $99. More info? Here is their page:
I used it about a half-dozen times on the trail so it's still clean and good to go. It's been stored in a closet on a hanger so it has retained its loft.
I will send anywhere in the CONUS for $60 and I'll pay for shipping. (So you'll be getting it for about $50.) PayPal only. Comes with it's storage bag.
Is it the best underquilt out there? Absolutely not.
On the other hand, you could spend $400 on the "best" underqullt and only gain another 20 degrees of comfort.
