This is one of the lightest inflatable pillows available.  No stains, odors, damage, leaks, etc.  You won’t be able to tell it is not new.  I have only slept on it a handful of nights.  I have cleaned the outer faces, and disinfected the inflation valve.  Actual measured weight is 1.9oz (55g), including the 3g stuff sack.  Separate inflation / deflation ports (see photo).  Inflation port has one-way valve that makes inflating easier.  Small adjustments in firmness can be made by pushing on the center of the diaphragm valve to let out small amounts of air.
