I bought this for a solo JMT hike in 2012 and have not used it only once this summer with one of my kids. It is in perfect condition. I seam sealed it myself with diluted seam sealer. If you look closely at the seams you can see the sealer, but it does not leak. It weighs exactly 1 pound 3 ounces with the bag and stakes, 540 grams. The tent bag has a few holes and tears and but the tent, screen and groundsheet are in perfect condition. I am asking $400 total shipped in the US.
