Only 13.7 oz (387 g) <u>actual</u> weight with integrated pillow that can be inflated / adjusted separately. I find the pillow very comfortable – the cross baffles cradle your head. Excellent for back or stomach sleepers who want a full coverage pad that is comfortable but still light. I will add pictures of my actual pad in a later post.
