The inner boot's upper inside cuff & inside tongue are leather. The rest of the inside liner in a Gore-Tex fabric.
The outer shell has laces and a hinged upper cuff.
The front & back welts (lip) are in great shape, showing little wear. Vibram sole is in very good condition.
The boot is stamped as a 9 1/2. Lowa website states they have "unisex sizing", the boots are at least 10 years old, used very little. I am guessing that 9 1/2 is UK sizing, making these a US 10 1/2, because they are just a little snug on me, and my feet now measure US 11.
I used these boots once in Alaska, and a few more times ice cragging. Probably have fewer that 20 days in them.
The Boots are crampon compatible, accepting step-in or strap bindings.
They have also worked well in a ski mountaineering binding, such as the Silvretta bindings.
