Grivel Quantum Tech  The shafts are wrapped with a super tacky padded tape.  It offered excellent grip to cold wet frozen gloves. The shafts are carbon fiber and these are super light.  Maybe the lightest you have ever tried.  I added the second pinky rest myself.  It did not require any drilling into the shaft.  It can easily be removed but they are very solid and helpful.  $350 obo  plus $18 shipping
