Brand new with out tags.Soft shell with generous fleece inside.Very comfy and maneuverable.Was given as a birthday present this last August 4th. I tried it on at my birthday and has been hanging in closet since. I'm a pretty small guy and this is just too big.Pretty roomy for a medium.
