My girlfriend is interested is trying ice climbing with me this winter but doesn't want to drop a ton of cash on a boot she may hardly use. Does anyone have a pair of women's ice boots sitting around with a toe and heel welt size 8-8.5 (38-39)? While I'm asking, if anyone has a cheap pair of crampons I'd be interested in them as well. They would just be used for traction when approaching/belaying. We will likely just be doing easy ice cragging so she can swap off for mine when climbing.
