I bid on this Tarptent Contrail on Ebay about a month ago. I've only set it up in the backyard 3 times and slept in it one night. It's in great condition, no rips, tears, holes or anything like that. It looks like the person before me seal sealed it themselves. Comes with pole and 4 stakes. I've decided to go back to hammocks, I'm tired of sleeping on the ground! I would love to trade for a Warbonnet Blackbird XLC hammock or something similar with a removable net. I'm asking for $175, includes shipping within the continental states.
