I replaced the heavy stock grips with the high end Gossamer Gear cork grips which are lighter and more comfortable. These are technically the ‘womens’ poles and max out at 120cm. I’m 5’8″ and use them at 115cm. They were used on one trip and have some scratches from rocks but nothing major. Tips are in great shape. Baskets not included. very good condition.
