Like the title says. Ultra-lightweight is not a necessity but relatively lightweight and small pack size would be nice. Will be used for canoe tripping on the Canadian shield and will often be set up on bare rock. Freestanding is preferable but I’m a little flexible on this. Trip lengths of 30-40 days will be common and I can expect to be holed up due to wind and rain for 2-3 days straight. Double wall is a must for me.

Looking for something like an Exped Venus II or Big Sky Revolution/Chinook 2p. The Stratospire II looks interesting if you can convince me setup on bare rock wouldn’t be too hard with site cut poles. Open to other options as well. I’m in the US.
