[WTS] ULA Circuit

I got a lightly used ULA Circuit for sale. Fits a medium torso (18-21") and a small hip belt (30-34"). Originally bought this for my upcoming hike on the Appalachian Trail, but have ended up with something smaller. Only been used a handful of times.
