In almost-new condition! The usual light scuffs and a little bit of fluff in the 3D spacer mesh of the backing, but in really great shape; no structural damage, no ripped mesh, etc. These are $260 new so I'd like to get $200 shipped CONUS. I am 6'4" and wear a 34" waist and this pack fit me great. I am selling because I don't need the volume any more, and because I upgraded to a zpacks which has been working out great. ULA's website lists this one at 48oz.
