$240 2016 model, this tent is almost new, only 3 nights set-up and camping. Includes REI footprint for this exact tent plus a bottle of seam sealer that I never got around to . I bought it new in August 2016. I really like the extra room for solo trips and having ability to add a person once in a while. It weighs right at 3.5 lbs with the footprint which is very good for most backpacking trips. It also packs down to a very compact package (especially if you lash the poles to outside of your pack). The set-up is easy and fast, stake out corners and set poles and clip tent it, attach fly - done. This tent can also be set-up with just the fly and footprint for a lighter "tarp" type set-up (leave inner tent at home). The 2016 version of this tent is lighter than the 2017. If you look into it, the REI QD2 is likely built by Big Agnes so you are getting the same design/materials for about 1/2 the price.
