The waist is a 32" (which is what I am), the rise is a good 31-32" which was nice to see.
My only issue was the thighs, I'm a cross country mountain biker and cross country ski a lot, I also bulk up fast so the thighs are tight on my large hams.
My thighs without flexing are 26" circumference at the crotch & 23" 3" down from the crotch.
