I need 25.5' of amsteel for a non hammock project. Size? color? silver or natural/brown. I'm making a rope and wooden handle thingy. You can see in the two attached photos that they both have their problems. I want a nice clean endless loop and then I can add some whipping to firm it up. I'm not sure what size I need but it really only need about 200 lbs load strength. Here's a video that shows a nice clean splice. I'd imagine this guy is here on the forums as well?
